Dear Change Network,
For the past four months, the Change Management Team has engaged with the change network across circles (through the Change Management Workshops) to brief you on the project journey and share information on upcoming solutions.
The Department is now preparing to launch the new Core System Integrator (CSI) solutions, namely, Human Resources (HR), Finance and Accounting (F&A) and Mail Operations solution. Through the Change Management Workshops, we have provided the key process changes and benefits expected from CSI. We have also shared solution presentations through CDs. It is the right time for you to share this information with members of staff in your offices.
This can be achieved through the following simple steps:
Step 1: Share the information on campaign flyers with all the members of your staff. This can be done through Formal meetings (arrange for short meetings where the information can be shared) or through informal meetings/discussions)

Step 2: Take prints and place them at locations which are easily accessible to the employees (bulletin boards, near work areas, near entry points)
Step 3: Conduct CSI Pre Go live events: The detailed solution presentations have been shared in CD’s. We have also shared a sample presentation which you can use to run your workshops. For all those who were not able to attend the workshops, or those who want to refresh their knowledge , the documents have been shared in the following link:
Step 4: Collect any questions or doubts the employees might have. We will have these queries resolved by subject matter experts and they will be made available to the employees as FAQs (Frequently asked questions)
Many among you have already completed Step 1 and Step 2. Please ensure you involve the maximum number of staff in your discussions so that each and every one is informed and aware.
We will soon be launching the Annual Monitoring Survey and would choose our top performers on the basis of the inputs received from your end.
