In pursurance of Change Managment Team e-Mail received it is to intimate that during the last two months we have been conducting Change Management Workshops across locations in India. We are thankful to all those who have actively participated in these workshops and provided their suggestions/ key observations for the betterment of the IT Modernisation Project.
To enable the Change Network in taking forward all solution specific information to the employees, we have shared CD's containing flyers, presentations and videos. With new solutions of CSI (Core System Integrator) and Rural Solution soon to be implemented, we would request you to share the Human Resource, Finance and Accounting, Mail Operations and Rural Solution content with employees through your workshops.
